The following is a collection of Christmas cards, letters and videos.
We did a video that year and had lots of snow.
We got us a brand new baby.
This year we had so much more fun with our brand new baby Val.
We visited my brother Danny in Port Angeles and had a wonderful Christmas with lots of presents for the kids.
Time to blow bubbles, play soccer and have birthdays.
More soccer, birthdays, and family activities as Val turned two.
We had a real nice Christmas that year.
I think that 1997 was one of the best years of our lives as families go. It is difficult to explain the fun experiences we had during that year except by way of a Christmas card and a letter. We had more presents that year than ever before, Fiona was involved in the girls choir, and Gabriel was crazy about our new dog pumpkin.
During the summer We took an extended trip through New Mexico to see my brother then swung up to Minnesota to visit a friend. There was the usual soccer, kitty cats and dogs that the family enjoyed as well as deliveries of bark for the yard.
Val had a neat little cubby house in the basement. There was lots of snow that year.1998
This also was a busy year for the family as you can see here. We again visited Minnesota but skipped New Mexico and instead went to Rapid City to see the presidents. Fiona had a new boyfriend so she had to fly out later. Cyn and I got to ride the Spirit train. Again a really fun year.
Also Val had a rousing birthday party with all the kids and dogs and Cynthia got presents too from her dad.
1999 was the year of the millennium. what a time we had. we went to Europe.
2002 had lots of fun things
2003 was not without challenge as seen here.
2004 presented some serious tree planting.
2005 gave us some interesting challenges in New Mexico.
2006 brought us more fun and games and more dogs and cats
2007 determined that we were not going to get any more than 5 dogs.
2008 brought us lots of snow.
2009 Val started wrestling and we dashed off to Dublin. Here is our Dublin trip in more detail.
In 2010 everybody was in school.
2012 Fiona got a new boyfriend.
And in 2013 Fiona got her dog a warm jacket.
But 2014 brought more us yard work.
Anyway in 2015 Cyn tiled the shed and I got some big stumps out.
In 2016 Val graduated from Western Tech and started welding.
So in 2017 Fiona graduated and Cyn and I got to see the eclipse and send a card. See more here on the eclipse.
In 2018 Gabriel graduated in chemical engineering and finally got out of Pullman.
2019 brought us home together. Here's our Christmas card.
In 2020 Fiona got engaged.
