The real heart and soul of Montréal is Saint Catherine Street (Rue Sainte-Catherine), which is loaded with cinemas, restaurants, nightclubs, bistros, boutiques, souvenir shops and other assorted and interesting places of pleasure. Unlike many North American cities, this city is not deserted at all after business hours; it remains lively, attracting people by the thousands.
Here's Cyn and Val having a good time. We are looking north on Catherine toward the Complexe Desjardines as they remove barriers used for the French Follies.
A typical sign; you can see them all over the place.
Five dollars. Lots of these guys around.
Another fun place to visit. Hmmm.
Cyn just loved this door.
Here's a church with all these shops around it.
This is certainly a refreshing view as people come out after Sunday mass, Lets see. We have strip shows, video shops, casinos, pole dancing, lap dancing.
Never stop shopping. Cyn visits a downstairs boutique but the prices were too high.
This place was much better.
