Imperious Inturruptus

Imperious Inturruptus is a made up pseudo latin phrase like "tempus fugit, non comebackibus".  There is no such word imperious in classical Latin but it could be made up from vulgar Latin and may come from imperiosus and probably means absolute rule or government control.  Inturruptus is a past participle that means interrupted or broken in two.  I think The Dilbert cartoon means that the boss has the right to take over ownership of your very ideas.
