Smokey is a Saipan Boonie. His
DNA broke the machine and he was classified as just a "village
dog". Legend
would have it that during WW2 combat dogs were trained to sniff out
bombs and enemy soldiers. After the war the army was ordered
to destroy their dogs but many of the animals were simply turned loose. These
dogs interbred and consisted of a mixture of Labradors, Dobermans and Sheppards.
Smokey is loving, bashful and shy. Unfortunately shyness is not always a good feature because it can lead to some aggressiveness.
